From an early age, Nicholas was exposed to the industry through his grandfather, who owned two iconic hotels on Collins Ave, namely The Berkley Shore and The South Seas. These establishments not only served as a source of inspiration but also instilled a strong sense of ambition and determination in Nicholas.
Despite the allure of the family business, Nicholas chose a different path and pursued a law degree in Argentina. However, his love for real estate never waned, leading him to further his knowledge by studying real estate in the United States.
Today, Nicholas is the proud co-owner of a successful real estate company, working alongside his talented wife, who happens to be an architect. Together, they bring a unique blend of expertise and creativity to every project they undertake.

Ignacio is a lawyer and real estate agent who lived in Miami, Florida for 8 years. During this time, he worked for a large real estate firm, where he developed expertise in acquiring multifamily assets, among other areas. His ongoing experience in the real estate industry has allowed him to gain valuable knowledge and skills in assisting investors in achieving their goals in the US market.
After his time in Miami, Ignacio returned to his home country, Argentina, where he currently serves as the Latin America director for his company. In this role, he oversees the company’s offices and operations in Latin America, specifically focusing on assisting real estate investors in achieving their goals in the US market.
Ignacio’s extensive experience in both the legal and real estate fields, along with his time in Miami and his current role as the Latin America director, render him a valuable asset in the real estate industry.
